Planning tools
Most Plan a Wedding tools keep editable entries only on the open page; reloading or closing it clears them. The Seating Planner is the exception: it saves one editable draft in this browser on this device until you use Delete local data or clear the site’s storage. Anything you download, print or copy is separate from the tool state and remains wherever you keep it. No planning entries are uploaded to Plan a Wedding, and no account is required. If a future feature changes that, it will explain the data flow and ask for any required choice first.
Optional analytics
Optional analytics is used only for basic page measurement and only after you choose Accept analytics. Choosing Decline does not load Google Analytics. You can change your choice using Cookie choices in the footer.
After you accept analytics, Plan a Wedding may record fixed, non-identifying page and tool-completion events to understand which pages and tools are useful. It never sends planning-tool inputs, email addresses, vendor labels, prices, dates, guest counts, free text, search queries or advertising identifiers. It does not use advertising audiences, remarketing, Google Signals, user IDs or outbound-click measurement.

Service providers and retention
If you accept analytics, basic page-measurement data is processed by Google Analytics. The current GA4 property retains event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months; this configuration was reviewed on 29 July 2026.
Plan a Wedding is hosted by Croadria. Hosting and security processing may occur to deliver, protect and maintain the service.
Your choices
You can decline optional analytics without losing access to guides or planning tools. If you previously accepted, open Cookie choices and choose Stop analytics. This removes the site’s analytics-choice cookie; it does not retroactively remove information already processed by Google Analytics.
