Editorial policy

Plan a Wedding publishes practical planning guidance and maintains browser-based tools that help couples organize decisions. Every public page answers a real planning question, explains its limits and points to a sensible next action.

How guidance is chosen

We publish evergreen planning frameworks when they can be clear, useful and responsibly maintained. We do not publish generic country pages, vendor rankings, price claims, availability claims, reviews or legal guidance simply to increase the number of pages on the site.

Sources and review

Guides that make time-sensitive claims need a documented source basis and a review date. Where a decision depends on a supplier, venue, contract, local authority or current legal requirement, readers should confirm the relevant information directly and in writing.

AI and images

AI may assist with drafting, structure or language, but it does not replace fact checking. We do not use it to invent experiences, prices, availability, reviews, legal requirements or personal expertise. Illustrative images are not evidence of a real venue, supplier, couple or recommendation.

Commercial relationships

There are currently no affiliate links, sponsored vendors or paid placements on Plan a Wedding. If that changes, the relationship will be disclosed where it matters to a reader’s decision and will not turn an unverified business into a recommendation.

Corrections and updates

If you believe a page is inaccurate, incomplete or misleading, email info@plan-a-wedding.com with the page link and a short description. We review clear errors, add context where it is useful and update material information on the relevant page.

Scope

Planning guidance and tools are general information. They are not legal, financial, supplier or availability advice.

How commercial relationships would be handled is set out separately in the affiliate disclosure. To raise a factual correction, use contact and corrections.
